How accurate are you in estimating the timescale of the job?
Most of the time the jobs are finished on time, although we do not make this our priority as quality supercedes time.
If Complete Works purchases the materials for our job do we get to view the products before we agree to the quotation?
It is difficult to show you items like shower cubicles unless they are displayed in show rooms, but images will be put on your quotation. Items like tiles etc can be readily obtained for you to see and feel.
I need to have tiling, plumbing and electrical work undertaken, do I need to find other contractors or is Complete Works able to undertaken this type of work?
Complete Works can undertaken all tiling, plumbing and electrical work, so there will be no need to find other contractors.
Is Complete Works insured, just in case there is a problem with any damages?
Complete Works is fully insured against any damages or injuries, and we hold public and employers liability, which is a legal requirement for any company to hold, and as of yet Complete Works has not needed the facilities.
Can I get an estimate by email or phone?
Complete Works gives each customer an invidividual approach and would like to quote according to the job. It is always best for the company to measure and assess each job individually and would be advantageous to visit the premises to quote for the required job.
I've decided to go ahead, but when can you start?
Complete Works will aim to give you a convenient commencement date, which will fit in with you and the availability of materials as we try to complete all works within the team, sub contracting out work does not always give the same quality of workmanship that is expected from our company.
Are you qualified to do any gas installations?
As a company we have a gas safe registered installer that we call upon, he is very knowledgeable and meets every requirement that Complete Works comes to rely upon within it's workforce.
Does Complete Works work at weekends?
In an emergency Complete Works would work at weekends but weekends are normally used for the dedicated team to spend with their families.
Do I need Planning Permission for my work?
Not all building works or changes of use need planning permission.
Generally speaking, it is not required for changes to the inside or for small alterations to the outside of a property. Most residential developments can be achieved under Permitted Development, a development allowance allocated to each property by your local authority.

Complete Works would be happy to provide you with a FREE quotation and based on our knowledge and experience within our working areas we are confident to be able to give you a competitive quotation on costs.
